The catalyst of any story, scientific breakthrough, or change in society often lies in the hands of a messenger — for better or worse.  This service is in honor of messengers and those who often bear the brunt of a journey towards change.

At this time of the year which marks the beginning of the Christian liturgical season of advent, we will explore the spiritual benefits of learning how to wait.

A celebration of Thanksgiving for the paths that brought us here, the hands and hearts that nourish us with food and laughter, and the abiding sense of service that we hold dear.  Please bring bread to share, either home-baked or store-bought.  All are welcome.
