This class is open to all, including beginners. It will start with 5-10 minutes of meditation, then move into asanas and pranayama poses and breathing. We will stretch and strengthen every part of the body, from the top of the head to the tips of the toes.
Nancy Baylis was trained at The Giving Room where she currently teaches three weekly classes. She received additional training in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She specializes in meditation, breath work, and gentle yoga.
