The site plan drawings have been re-submitted to the NYSDOT (driveway exit to Rte. 25) and the Suffolk County Health Dept. (septic system).  Additional miscellaneous info, that was requested, was sent to Southold Town Planning Department.

After the Health Dept. and NYSDOT send final approvals and Mike Verity (Building Dept.) gives a review and comment, THEN the Planning Department will give the final approval…for the construction of our new church.

Eugene Burger has assured us that soon they’ll be ready to have a meeting with the Board about pricing.  And…Peter Marren says he expects everything will come together over the next two weeks or so.
